The National Wax Museum

Ireland's only wax exhibition serves as a historic and cultural guide to Ireland; this interesting gallery features life-sized models of famous Irish sporting, political and artistic figures. In addition, the museum also features a special children's section entitled World of Fairytale and Fantasy, where characters such as Snow White and Sleeping Beauty vie for attention. For the more fearless, a blood-curdling Chamber of Horrors is guaranteed to chill the bones. The gallery also features a Hall of Megastars, where a special exhibit dedicated to rock band U2, takes pride of place.

Many sporting figures are also featured as proud reminders of international successes. The latest addition to the Museum is a stunning four-character exhibit of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.



In the hall of the Megastars, patrons will meet the stars of the glittery world of rock and roll. The chamber of Horror is only for the brave.
